Refund Policy

This policy covers digital study resources bought directly from dorianv.shop, including the Phlebotomy Mindset Workbook and any guide bought on this website.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to return anything. Digital files cannot be given back, so we do not ask you to.

How to request a refund

Refunds for orders placed on this website are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. You can ask them directly at paddle.net, or email dvaleclinical@gmail.com and we will point you to the right place. Please include the email address used for the order and, if you have it, the order number.

Once approved, your payment provider returns the money to your original payment method. Their processing times and procedures are described in their refund policy at www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

If something went wrong

If you received the wrong file, a file will not open, or a download link has stopped working, tell us and we will fix it or refund you — whichever you prefer. That applies even after the 14-day window has passed.

Purchases made on Etsy

Guides bought through our Etsy shop are handled by Etsy, so refund requests for those orders follow Etsy's buyer protection rules and the terms shown on that listing. Email us and we will help you find the right place to ask.

Free downloads

The Day 1 sample of the workbook is free, so no refund applies to it.
